Summary of Project:
A firm that produces high quality automotive engineering components needed a new factory in to which to expand. The factory and associated offices required a building that projected its business ethos.

Clad in a silver colour sheet aluminium the design provided a powerful exterior to the administration facility.

The circular Conference Room provides a focused meeting place away from the workshop, is located high over the main entrance and is accessed from a helical staircase leading from the entrance lobby.

A modern building with low maintenance, it houses the client's factory, associated administration offices and adjoining headquarters.

A Management Contract ensured both cost and time budgets were met.
