Summary of Project:
Dating from the 18th century, the Old Barn is situated in the centre of the Office Village, overlooking the landscaped lakes and woodland.

The Stone structure and roof timbers were fully refurbished and re-roofed in Welsh slate.

When the Warren Farm Office Village development was originally completed the Old Barn was left ready for occupation. We recently re-visited the building and carried out a contract to a specific client requirement.
