Tim Day B.Arch (Hons) RIBA, MA (urb des)Tim is one of the founding partners at Bree Day LLP and is a registered architect and qualified urban designer with some 30 years experience working on many building types in the UK and overseas. He is responsible for the design and planning stages of projects within the office. Since the early 1990’s Tim has been interested in how design and innovation can help to improve the environmental performance of architecture and urbanism through the application of passive design principles. |  | Damian Bree Dip Arch Tech. RIAI (Lon)Damian Bree was born in Ireland. After qualifying in Architectural Technology at Bolton Street in Dublin he went on to study Architecture. After completing his studies he came to London in 1984 and worked with several practices. He worked briefly in the Middle East before returning to the UK where he joined Tim Day to form Bree Day LLP, Chartered Architects in 1995. Damian’s interest is in the practical aspects of building and in particular how technology can support the environmental designs the practice develops. Damian’s main role in the practice is in the production of construction documentation and the administration of building contracts on site. Damian has been invited to speak at several conferences and symposiums on the technical principles of UK sustainable design. He has recently undertaken a presentation on UK Sustainability to the AIA in New York and has given papers at symposiums in Ankara and Istanbul. |  |
