From 1 June - 28 June 2006, at the GLA, an exhibition / competition of current and proposed examples of Sustainable Living by London Architects, which includes our Alpine Close development. Exhibition organised by the RIBA. The winner will be announced later in June.

Search for a Cure for Cancer
Spare computer capacity within our office is being used to help find a cure for Cancer. To date more than 1 year of computational time has been contributed. See here for more details

Energy Saving Trust - Casestudy
The Energy Saving Trust have reprinted a casestudy (Doc ref CF37) of our Maidenhead development which confirms it as a "good example of innovative social housing". "Aimed at housing associations, local authorities and designers, this case study is inspirational in its aims and encouraging in the resultant benefits for the occupants."

New York Seminar: Green Buildings - a UK Perspective
Damian Bree was invited to New York to deliver a paper on 'Best Practice Energy Technologies in New Developments' as part of a UK delegation. The seminar, called 'Green Buildings, a UK Perspective' was delivered to the New York chapter of the AIA.

Turkey Symposium: Urban Regeneration
Damian Bree visited Ankara & Istanbul to speak at a symposium on urban regeneration. Some encouraging environmental contacts were made and the practice hopes to explore these opportunities.
