HAMPSTEAD GARDEN SUBURB

The existing house had a complete interior re-fit including bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool, gym, sauna and new interior decorations and furniture. Existing mechanical and electrical services were upgraded and a new fully integrated intelligent building management system was installed.

Approval was obtained for a new car lift and the surrounding gardens were redesigned and landscaped.
