The amalgamation of two apartments into one luxurious family home involved the removal off all internal supporting walls to provide our client with the house of their dreams.
Working closely with the client’s interior designer, we designed spaces that suited their modern ideals whilst respecting the traditional aspects of the building.
Close liaison with the freeholders and other tenants above, the interior was completely demolished to provide us with an open space from which to work. Temporary steel supported the upper floors whilst existing common services running through the demise were maintained.
A wine cellar feature was introduced in the floor of the family room whilst a study was created above the kitchen. Working with the client and joiner, bespoke furniture was created for all the bedrooms.
A close working relationship with the Contractor, VPK Construction, and the other team members ensured that the client’s total satisfaction was achieved.
